1. Use of Website

You may use The Lockboxx website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services in any way that:

3. Digital Product Purchases

All digital products sold on The Lockboxx (including sample packs, drum kits, and loop kits) are delivered instantly upon successful payment.

• No refunds: Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
• Personal use license: Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial music production use, unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the files themselves.
• Files are for use by the purchasing account only.

4. Subscription Terms

Membership subscriptions (Inner Circle, Exclusive Access, Mentorship) are billed on a recurring basis.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on The Lockboxx — including videos, audio samples, graphics, text, logos, and website code — is owned by or licensed to The Lockboxx and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission, except as permitted by the license granted at the time of purchase.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without authorization.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or servers.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the website.
• Share, re-upload, or distribute members-only video content to non-members.
• Use our platform to spam, harass, or harm other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including The Lockboxx team.
