We want you to be happy with every purchase from The Lockboxx. Please read our policy carefully before completing your order.
Digital Products
All digital products — including sample packs, drum kits, and loop kits — are delivered instantly upon successful payment and are therefore non-refundable.
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," we are unable to issue refunds once a purchase is complete. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product, contact us before buying at inthelockboxx@gmail.com.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time — no questions asked.
- Upon cancellation, you retain full access to all membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- We do not issue partial refunds for unused days remaining in a billing cycle.
- To cancel, visit your account settings or contact us at inthelockboxx@gmail.com.
Merchandise
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
- Include your order number and a photo of the defect or issue in your email.
- We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or shipping errors (e.g., incorrect size ordered).
